The refill movement in Ireland has gained a significant boost, with Refill.ie’s renewed Tap Map app.

Every year in Ireland, and beyond, millions of us reach for single-use bottles and cups, generating significant waste. 

With Irish adults spending, on average, more than €200 a year on bottled water, choosing reusable bottles and cups instead of single-use plastics can help more than just the environment - it can help your pocket, too. 

If everyone in Ireland switched to a reusable bottle we'd cut the need for the 220,000 plastic bottles we generate each day

One refillable water bottle will save many plastic bottles from landfill

The relaunched app links you with local water stations, helping you refill your reusable bottles for free, use less plastic, and be more circular.

Use the app to find your local  standalone water stations in public spaces like parks, as well as refill spots in many businesses around the country, like coffee shops.
