Circular Living Advocate: Kevin Loftus

Kevin Loftus is our Circular Living Advocate winner, taking a prize of  €2,000 at the Full Circle Awards!

A co-founder of ACT in Mayo, our judges said Kevin’s work on circular living through the built environment “brings the spotlight onto an area that, not only has a very high impact, but also that can be difficult to engage or take practical action on”.

Our Circular Living Advocate award was for individuals who live by and promote zero-waste, low-impact lifestyles - including educators, content creators, and everyday role models.

“Through placemaking and design, Kevin has engaged a wide network of creative stakeholders in circular living practices,” added our judges, who revealed the winner at the launch of Circular.ie.

The Full Circle Awards is a new initiative designed by Circular.ie to honour and celebrate the incredible efforts of everyday people who are driving positive change through circular living.

We invited people across the country for nominations to our Full Circle Awards — ordinary individuals making an extraordinary impact by promoting reuse, repair, recycling, and sustainable living in their communities.

With €2,000 available for winners of our six categories, along with personalised expert mentoring to help amplify their circular initiatives, the Full Circle Awards highlight the creativity, commitment, and drive among circular champions across Ireland.
